The mission of the High Commission: To strengthen bilateral and multilateral economic co-operation between Rwanda and the countries where the High Commission is accredited

 

The vision of the High Commission: The High Commission of the Republic of Rwanda at Ottawa covers Canada, Cuba, the Republic of Haiti and the Republic of Nicaragua. Bilateral and multilateral relations strengthened at the level of these countries.   

The mandate: - To promote good bilateral relations based on respect, mutual interests and complementary qualities – To strengthen bilateral relations in order to augment the volume and quality of the co-operation between Rwanda and the countries where the High Commission is accredited – To mobilise Rwandan citizens living in the countries where the High Commission is accredited so that they participate in the development of their country.
