The High Commission of the Republic of Rwanda together with Humura Association and the Rwandan Community in Canada would like to invite you at the opening of the 24th commemoration of the 1994 Genocide against Tutsi. The ceremony will take place on Saturday April 7, 2018 in Ottawa at the Parliament Hill from 12.00 noon. The theme for this year’s commemoration is: “Remember - Unite - Renew”.
